Safety precautions 1. Precautions for using working fluid: ① Using unqualified working fluid will lead to failure or damage Note: Only the specified hydraulic oil is allowed. Note: It is forbidden to use different types of hydraulic oil or mix hydraulic oil with lubricating oil. Note: Hydraulic oil within the viscosity range specified in the technical specification should be used. Note: Keep the cleanliness of hydraulic oil within the range specified in the technical specification. Continuous use of impure hydraulic oil by machinery will lead to equipment failure and damage. Note: Hydraulic oil will deteriorate in use and should be replaced regularly. Note: Add oil to the machine from the designated oil filler to avoid mixing water or sundries. Warning: Excessive oil level drop may cause damage or malfunction. The oil storage capacity of the equipment should be kept between the highest and lowest oil levels. Note: you can use soap to clean oil stains on your skin. After the skin is stained with oil, it often causes rough skin. So you should be careful not to spill oil and touch others. Note: Excessive oil temperature will cause combustion. You can change the oil to make the oil temperature rise and fall. Danger: Because many hydraulic oils are in danger of fire, it is forbidden to weld and use open flames around equipment and operating systems to avoid fire. Matters needing attention in using hydraulic machinery and systems. Precautions for using hydraulic pump/motor: Before using hydraulic pump/motor, please read the operating instructions of each equipment carefully and use the product correctly. (1) Use products with appropriate models Note: There are many similar products with the same or similar appearance in hydraulic products. When the hydraulic pump/motor needs to be installed, the nameplate or seal of the product should be checked to correctly select the product. Danger: Hydraulic products should not be installed in explosive places except those with clear marks. ② Precautions for product shipment: When transporting hydraulic pump/motor. Wear protective equipment according to different occasions to avoid accidental injury. Note: Because hydraulic pumps and motors are usually heavy equipment, be careful not to roll or flash your fingers in the equipment because of the wrong working posture. So you should be very careful when you do your homework. Caution: Do not apply external force to the product, such as pressing heavy objects on the product, hammering the product or dropping the product, which may lead to failure, damage and oil leakage. Caution: Wipe off the oil stains on the product or on the ground to avoid slipping and injuring others. ③ Installation, movement, wiring and piping of hydraulic pump/motor Note: The base or mounting hole of hydraulic pump/motor should be kept clean, and loose bolts and poor sealing will cause damage and oil leakage. Note: When installing the hydraulic pump/motor, use the specified bolts and lock them with the specified torque. Unqualified installation can lead to failure, damage and/or oil leakage. Note: The disassembly and piping of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor should be carried out by professionals. Note: Installation, disassembly and piping of hydraulic pump/motor should be carried out after the power supply is completely cut off and the motor is completely stopped. In addition, the pressure in the oil circuit should be completely released and confirmed. ④ Wiring and connecting rotating parts Warning: Wiring should be carried out by qualified personnel. Warning: Work should be started after the power supply is completely cut off to avoid electric shock. Warning: The joint of hydraulic pump/motor should be reliably fixed to avoid dislocation or looseness. In order to prevent hands or clothes from being caught, the hydraulic pump/motor housing must be equipped with a protective cover. ⑤ Installation of hydraulic pump/motor Note: The installation base of hydraulic pump/motor should be rigid enough. Caution: Do not knock the hydraulic pump/motor to avoid damaging the product. Note: Make sure that the amplitude and surface of rotating parts are within the allowable range. Note: Make sure that the steering of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor or other power source conforms to the direction of the arrow on the installation nameplate or seal. Note: When the oil drain pipe needs to be installed on the hydraulic pump/motor, the oil drain pipe should be installed, and the pressure in the pump should not exceed the specified value. In addition, even if the hydraulic pump/motor is stopped for a long time, the oil drain pipe should be installed to prevent the working fluid from dripping from the housing. ⑥ Maximum limit pressure warning: When using a hydraulic pump without pressure compensation function (maximum pressure adjustment), an overflow valve must be installed near the outlet side of the hydraulic pump to adjust the maximum pressure in the oil circuit. ⑦ Warning for use of hydraulic pump/motor: Before starting the system equipped with hydraulic pump/motor, ensure that the oil circuit and wiring are correct and no parts are loose. In particular, check the connection between the assembly and the solenoid valve. Energize each solenoid valve and confirm the action of each designated solenoid valve. Warning: The system must be started with a pressure control device including a pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief cannot be confirmed by a pressure gauge. After confirming that the operating conditions are met, start normal operation and check whether the dynamic pressure keeps the correct value. Warning: Do not operate the hydraulic pump/motor with the protective cover removed. Warning: Don't touch rotating parts without paying attention to your clothes or accessories, so as not to get involved in them. Warning: Use the instrument to confirm that the equipment is not overloaded. The equipment can only be started after the failure caused by improper installation or the locking rotation caused by overload is eliminated. Note: clean hydraulic oil should be added to the oil tank when checking the oil circuit for the first time or changing from the oil filler to the oil tank, or when the hydraulic pump/motor is lifted after long-term shutdown. Note: Repeat the light oil pump until the hydraulic oil can be sucked out reliably. Although this will not pump oil, it will exhaust air from the pipeline (through the exhaust valve, etc.). ). Once the foam or hydraulic oil is discharged from the exhaust plug, or the hydraulic pump operates abnormally, close the exhaust plug and keep it running at no load for 5 minutes. Attention: Start the hydraulic motor under low load to ensure smooth rotation and correct steering. Attention: Operate the oil pump within the specified pressure range. Note: Ensure that the pressure of the discharge pipe of the hydraulic pump/motor is within the specified range. Note: Cavitation may occur when the running sound of the hydraulic pump is abnormal. Check the oil level in the oil tank, whether the suction filter or screen is blocked or whether the suction pipe is loose. Pay special attention to whether the fluctuation of hydraulic pressure during start/stop or speed transmission is within the allowable range. (Failure may occur when the operation noise is abnormal. Most importantly, you should remember the normal operation noise, so as to find the abnormal operation immediately. Note: According to the technical requirements specified in the operation manual and product sample drawing, including pressure, flow rate and type of oil transported; Use hydraulic pump/motor correctly according to oil temperature and viscosity. Note: Due to the high temperature of the shell, please do not touch the shell directly with your hands. Note: Once the hydraulic pump/motor is found to be abnormal, such as abnormal noise, abnormal heating, abnormal vibration, oil leakage, smoke or peculiar smell, it should be stopped immediately and necessary measures should be taken. It is recommended to install sensors to check for abnormalities, so as to avoid damage, startup and injury accidents. ⑧ Management of hydraulic oil (working fluid) Note: As the hydraulic device operates in a circulating structure, its oil level should be kept within the range recommended by the manufacturer. Check the oil filter regularly to keep the hydraulic oil at a certain level. Then regularly check the oxidation characteristics of hydraulic oil and the deteriorated water content of oil, and replace the hydraulic oil when it exceeds the standard. Note: Before changing the type of hydraulic oil, the original hydraulic oil should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid mixing different types of oil products. ⑨ Maintenance warning: It is forbidden to modify, assemble and disassemble the equipment. Otherwise, the abnormal operation and the cause of the fault or abnormality will not be displayed. Attending Maintenance/Storage Note: Please contact your supplier when you need to modify or disassemble the equipment. Note: The requirements of dust control should be met, and the dust control characteristics of products should be considered. Pay attention to environmental conditions, such as ambient temperature and humidity. Note: When the hydraulic pump/motor is used after long-term sealing, it is sometimes necessary to replace the seal. 2. Precautions for the use of hydraulic valves: Before using hydraulic valves, please read the operation manual carefully and use the products correctly. ① Comprehensive warning of valves: use within the specified maximum working pressure range. Note: Use within the specified flow temperature, oil type and viscosity range. Warning: Tighten the mounting bolts or pipe screws of the valve with the specified torque. Warning: connect the valve interface correctly to the specified pipeline, etc. Note: Keep the hydraulic oil level at the recommended level. Note: manual quick operation of hydraulic valve is not allowed. ② Solenoid valve warning: It is forbidden to use power beyond the voltage standard of solenoid valve. Note: When the maximum switching frequency is exceeded, the solenoid valve cannot be used. Danger: Solenoid valves are not allowed to be used in explosive or flammable environments, except for designated products. Note: Use products that match the environment. Warning: It is forbidden to connect wires when power is on or when valves and hydraulic circuits are pressurized. Note: The solenoid valve is sometimes at commercial temperature, so direct contact with the valve surface by hand is prohibited. Note: Use the wiring type and specification suitable for the product requirements. Note: Connect an appropriate grounding wire at the designated grounding terminal. Note: Bidirectional solenoid valves cannot be energized at the same time. Note: When using the AC solenoid valve (except the valve with rectifier), the solenoid valve coil will get stuck (or the wiring will ring) when the valve plug is blocked by foreign objects. The solenoid valve coil body is made of fireproof plastic, so it will not catch fire generally. However, if the spool has been used for a long time, it may be in danger of fire. Therefore, it is recommended to use DC electric valve to ensure safety in many places where flammable materials are piled up and there is fire danger. ③ Installation and disassembly: Do not disassemble the upper cover of the valve port before use (installation and piping) to avoid dust entering the valve body during piping operation or installation. Note: When the valve is displaced, the valve port, the installation surface of waterproof board and the pipeline surface should be covered with a cover to prevent foreign objects from entering. Do not remove the cover before reassembling. Note: Please confirm the type and cleanliness of hydraulic oil before filling it. Note: After long-term non-use or before long-term use and before putting into operation, it should be confirmed that the manual operation or manual setting of the valve with manual structure is normal. Note: Tighten the loose nut of the valve after installation. If there are caps, install them on the valve port. Note: Do not use the valve as a gasket, otherwise it will damage the hydraulic valve. Note: No external force, such as hammering or falling, can be applied to the valve. Note: Be careful in wiring and handling connectors, and do not use force. Note: When it is necessary to remove the pipe and valve body, be careful of the residual pressure in the hydraulic circuit. Make sure that the pressure has been completely eliminated before disassembly. Otherwise, fuel injection and personal injury will be caused. If you come into contact with high-pressure oil or oil that seeps into your skin, you should seek medical attention immediately. Note: The overhaul of hydraulic valve should be carried out according to the manufacturer's technical manual. Valves prohibited from maintenance are not allowed to be maintained. Note: When installing or restoring the hydraulic valve, a new seal or O-ring should be used. Note: Before inspection, adjustment and overhaul, oil, dust or damp substances around the valve should be removed to prevent foreign objects from entering the valve or connecting pipe. Note: After the first operation after installation, after the inspection, adjustment and maintenance of the hydraulic system, and when the system is reused after a long shutdown, please ensure that the hydraulic oil is filled to the specified oil level, and do the following work well: empty the gas in the circuit, check the oil leakage and seasonal operation.
