(4) Medical Device Supervision Office. Responsible for the supervision of the production, operation and use of medical devices, and supervise and inspect the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and rules; Supervise the implementation of legal standards for medical devices, product classification management and quality management norms for production and operation; Organize the monitoring of medical device adverse events.
(5) Drug Safety Supervision Department. Responsible for the supervision of the production of drugs (including packaging materials and containers in direct contact with drugs) and the preparation of medical institutions, and supervise and inspect the implementation of laws, regulations and rules in the production of drugs; Supervise the implementation of national drug standards, Chinese herbal medicine production, drug production, and quality management standards for preparation in medical institutions; Supervise the implementation of the national basic drug system and the drug classification management system in production links; Organize the monitoring of adverse drug reactions; To carry out the supervision of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, pharmaceutical precursor chemicals, stimulants and other special management drugs in the production and operation of drugs according to law; Responsible for the licensing of psychotropic drugs of category II (retail) and the issuance of purchase and use certificates of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category I..

Responsible for the supervision of drug management and use, and supervise and inspect the implementation of laws, regulations and rules related to drug supervision; Supervise the implementation of the national basic drug system, drug classification management system and drug management quality management standards; Handling the issuance of Drug Business License for drug retail enterprises according to law; Organize the monitoring of drug advertisements.
