2. Since October 21th, schools in primary and secondary schools in the whole region have suspended their return to school and started online teaching; Kindergarten suspended its return to the park. Off-campus training institutions suspend offline teaching; Custody and nursery institutions suspend their services. Closed management is implemented in universities, vocational colleges and technical schools.

3. All social catering service units in the whole region have suspended the in-class food service, and can provide self-pick-up, online or telephone take-out ordering services, and strengthen the safety management of food take-out distribution. Epidemic prevention measures such as temperature measurement, place code scanning, bright code entering the venue, reducing the number of meals in batches, one-way sitting, baffle separation or packaging and self-collection are implemented in the internal canteen of the unit.

4. Strengthen the management of supermarkets, various farmers' markets, industrial wholesale markets, logistics parks, transportation stations, communities, villages and dining places in the area. Outdoor scenic spots are restricted by 75% of their reception capacity, and all the above places are allowed to enter the site with 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificates and scan the place code, and epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement and wearing masks must be implemented.
