Legal basis: "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 63 When a motor vehicle temporarily stops on the road, it shall abide by the following provisions: (1) No parking is allowed on the road section without parking signs or markings, the road section with facilities between motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, crosswalks and construction sections; (2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations; (three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities; (four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians; (five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave; (six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
