Safety supervision departments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, exercise administrative punishment jurisdiction over illegal acts in production safety within their respective scope of duties.

The administrative punishment of illegal acts in production safety shall be under the jurisdiction of the safety supervision department at or above the county level where the illegal acts in production safety occur. The administrative punishment of illegal acts of production safety of central enterprises and their subordinate enterprises and relevant personnel shall be under the jurisdiction of the safety supervision and supervision departments at or above the municipal level in the districts where the illegal acts of production safety occur.
