Legal basis: the State Council's Reply on Agreeing to Establish Six New Pilot Free Trade Zones

1. Agree to establish China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

2. China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai, with a total area of 119.98 square kilometers (see the Annex for details, the same below); China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Nanjing, Suzhou and Lianyungang with a total area of 119.97 square kilometers. China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Nanning, Qinzhou Port and Chongzuo, with a total area of 119.99 square kilometers. China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Xiong 'an Area, Zhengding Area, Caofeidian Area and Daxing Airport Area with a total area of 119.97 square kilometers. China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Kunming Area, Honghe Area and Dehong Area with a total area of 119.86 square kilometers. China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone covers Harbin area, Heihe area and Suifenhe area, with a total area of 119.85 square kilometers. The piling and demarcation work of the above-mentioned six newly-established pilot free trade zones shall be reported to the State Council for the record after examination and acceptance by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Natural Resources, and shall be released by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Natural Resources.
