At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 is increasingly severe, and the risk of epidemic spread continues to increase. In order to strictly implement the prevention and control strategy of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" and effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread in our city, Taian City Center for Disease Control and Prevention urgently reminds as follows:

First, please pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation, strictly limit the trip to the middle and high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in the prefecture-level city where the middle and high-risk areas are located unless necessary; Personnel in high-risk positions should avoid business trips as much as possible, and if they really need to travel, they should report to their units. Before traveling, you must meet the requirements of leaving your post 14 days or more and having a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and consult the local epidemic prevention and control requirements of the destination in advance, and do personal protection on the way; Fever patients, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel before eliminating the risk of infection.

Two, the recent preparation from other parts of the province to return to Thailand, to report to the destination community, work units, hotels three days in advance, need to have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. If there is no negative certificate, 1 time nucleic acid test should be conducted within 24 hours after arrival, and it will be handed over to the local epidemic prevention and control department for management after returning to Thailand.

3. Home health monitoring was carried out for 7 days in the county where the high-risk area is located, and 1 nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1 day, 3rd day and 7th day respectively. If the high-risk area is not published but there is a cluster epidemic or there is a risk of community communication, it shall be implemented with reference to the county where the high-risk area is located.

4. Personnel in high-risk positions such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports should try to avoid coming to Thailand. Those who really need to come to Thailand must meet the requirements of leaving their jobs 14 days or more, holding negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance, and are not allowed to go out or gather after returning to Thailand.

5. Please continue to maintain a good sense of personal protection, wear masks scientifically and regularly, wash your hands frequently, keep ventilation and keep a safe social distance; Do not purchase goods from abroad, do not contact overseas mail of unknown origin, and try not to buy goods from epidemic areas in China; Reduce unnecessary parties and dinners, try not to go to crowded places with poor air circulation, and consciously not to meet or gather.

6. Once I or my family members have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and diarrhea. Please go to the nearest fever clinic for health investigation, diagnosis and treatment in time on the basis of good protection and standardized wearing of disposable medical masks and above. When seeking medical treatment, you should actively inform the doctor of the residence history and contact history in the past 14 days, and try to avoid taking public transport during the medical treatment.

Seven, vaccination is an effective way to control the spread of the epidemic and reduce the occurrence of severe cases. In order to protect the health of themselves and their families, anyone who meets the vaccination conditions should take the initiative to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible. Those who have been vaccinated for 6 months, please receive COVID-19 booster injection.
