Acquiring the certificates of passing the examination of four courses, namely, Process Management of Catering Enterprises, Catering Cost Accounting and Control, Modern Culinary Management and Catering Food Safety, one can obtain the qualification certificate of China Catering Industry Intermediate Professional Manager. Apply for China's catering industry senior professional manager qualification certificate need to have the following conditions: to obtain China's catering industry intermediate professional manager qualification certificate; to obtain the catering enterprise human resources management, catering enterprise financial management, catering enterprise information management, catering enterprise strategic management four course examination certificate.
