Types of activities of knowledge contest

On October 11, 2116, the first national food safety knowledge competition officially kicked off. On the basis of soliciting opinions from Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Ministry of Education and other relevant ministries and commissions, the State Food and Drug Administration issued the National Outline of Food Safety Publicity and Education (2116-2111), proposing to establish a relatively perfect working mechanism of food safety publicity and education through five years of in-depth, solid and lasting food safety publicity and education activities. As one of the important contents of food safety publicity and education activities, the national food safety knowledge contest aims at widely mobilizing public participation, further popularizing food safety knowledge, creating a good social atmosphere of public concern, support and participation in food safety, and constantly improving the level of food safety guarantee in China.

The knowledge contest is sponsored by the State Food and Drug Administration and undertaken by the National Productivity Promotion Center of the food industry. The content of the test questions mainly involves food safety management system, food safety laws and standards, basic knowledge of food safety, common sense of daily consumption of food safety, emergency measures for food safety emergencies, food safety knowledge of special people, etc. The topic types are divided into single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and true-false questions. The answer time is from 11/11 to 31/11. In order to encourage public participation, the competition has set up individual awards and organization awards.

According to the relevant person in charge of the State Food and Drug Administration, everyone can participate except the staff of the organizer and the organizer. The contest questions can be obtained from China Medical News, China Food and Drug Administration Journal, Medical Economic News, China Food News and China Food Quality News, or from the website of National Food Safety Network or National Food Industry Productivity Promotion Center. On September 31th, 2117, the "Hundred Websites Olympic-related Laws and Regulations Knowledge Competition" sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, the State Council Press Office, the State Sports General Administration, BOCOG and the National Law Popularization Office ended in Beijing on September 31th. This activity lasted for one month. By the end of the competition, more than 1.5 million people participated in the competition and 65,413 people submitted their answers. This competition has produced 1 grand prizes, 11 first prizes, 51 second prizes, 111 third prizes and 311 excellent prizes (check the list) through lottery. The Beijing Notary Office has notarized the lottery on the spot. At the lottery ceremony of the "Hundred Websites Olympic-related Laws and Regulations Knowledge Competition", the organizer said that the "Hundred Websites Olympic-related Laws and Regulations Knowledge Competition" was an important activity of legal publicity for the 2117 Olympic Games, and it was also an important measure to implement the Opinions of the Ministry of Justice, the State Council Information Office and the National Law Popularization Office on Strengthening Legal Publicity and Education on the Internet. Due to the proper organization, more than 111 websites collectively linked together, and the main media participated in the report, the competition activities received enthusiastic participation from netizens and positive responses from all walks of life. Among them, Zhejiang, Beijing, Xinjiang, Hubei, Jilin, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Anhui, Hebei, Shandong and other places have more participants. By holding this activity, the advantages of online legal popularization were effectively brought into play, Olympic knowledge was disseminated, and the spirit of the rule of law was promoted, which set off a new upsurge of online learning of Olympic-related laws and regulations, and achieved good social effects. It was a useful attempt to carry out legal publicity and education on the Internet.

Xiao Yishun, Director of Legal Publicity Department of the Ministry of Justice, Wu Shuchen, Minister of Legal Affairs of BOCOG, Zhou Xin, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Lei Xiaolu, Editor-in-Chief of Legal Daily, Chen Huili, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, and relevant comrades from the Network Bureau of the State Council Information Office and the Political and Legal Department of the State Sports General Administration attended the lucky draw ceremony and won the first, second and third prizes respectively. Popular science knowledge-the origin and development of modern biomechanics

Modern biomechanics originated in the late 1961s, and the development of biomechanics and sports biomechanics entered a period of formation and development. During this period, experts actively studied the biomechanical characteristics of human and animal movements. The scientific research of the following scholars is widely known: Biomechanics by Alexander in 1971; In 1974, Wu Ke Brodovich made a mathematical simulation of animal movement, which promoted the development of robot manufacturing technology. In 1968, Hillier Bohlander founded the theory that animals move with uniform footwork. In 1968, Suhonov established the general system of terrestrial vertebrate movement; Hatton's research on the regulation mechanism of human support sports system; Miller's research on biomechanics of human motion. The first international symposium on biomechanics was held in 1967. In 1973, the International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) was formally established, which marked the formal establishment of biomechanics. During this period, sports training was formed as an independent discipline in the Soviet Union, but before that, it only developed in the category of physical education. The following textbooks became the first works to elaborate the knowledge system of sports training: Modern System of Sports Training by Ozolin of the Soviet Union (1971), Training Science edited by Harriet of Germany (1971) and Theory and Method of Sports Training by U Lidovski of Poland. This has promoted the development of sports biomechanics in the new scientific direction of sports training.

the development of popular science knowledge

with the continuous expansion of the research scope of sports training, the research on biomechanics from different angles in the technical analysis of athletes' completing competitions has been actively developed. At present, most of the main institutions studying sports biomechanics are in eastern European countries, such as Poland, Russia (mainly in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk and other cities) and Ukraine (Kiev National Sports University and Kharkov National Academy of Sports Sciences). The practical significance of modern sports biomechanics research is determined by the following two reasons: on the one hand, the social significance of sports is constantly improving and the number of sports events is constantly increasing, which determines the necessity and prospect of sports biomechanics research; On the other hand, with the rapid development of science and technology, many new scientific research methods have emerged, which makes it possible to comprehensively study the athletes' skills in completing competitions, and consequently can improve their training and competition results.

There are clearly several directions in the development of modern biomechanics, namely, engineering biomechanics, medical biomechanics and educational biomechanics (Donskoi, 1997). Engineering biomechanics and medical biomechanics have been well studied theoretically, and there are well-known and used instruments and equipment, which determines that their research is based on a relatively high level of scientific methods, but there is another situation in the research of educational biomechanics, which is mainly used to solve teaching tasks.

Educational biomechanics is a relatively new branch of biomechanics research, which is still in the stage of accumulation and understanding of basic materials and is forming its own theoretical theory. At present, an important task of educational biomechanics is to create a theory based on the conceptual system that explains and predicts the main development direction of the studied phenomenon.

The expansion of the research scope of biomechanics on physical education and sports problems and the further development of physical education and sports theory have promoted the formation of a relatively new research direction in educational biomechanics-evolutionary biomechanics. The main task of evolutionary biomechanics is to reveal the law of action evolution by studying the law of human natural development, which is indeed an important task, because if we can't understand the law of human motor function changing with age, then it is impossible to make a training plan correctly.

The results of scientific research conducted by Balisevich, Professor Sudura and Academician Yang Jintian indicate that: (1) there is imbalance in the development of human motor function components and structures (used to ensure the form and functional mechanism) during individual development; (2) The development of human movements in individual development is multi-level and rhythmic; (3) The performance of human movements in individual development is highly personalized; (4) The absolute result of the development of human motor function depends on the characteristics and intensity of physical activity.
