Traditional range hoods are designed with suspended ceiling, and the installation height is generally around 700mm, while the fan power of their mainstream models is mostly between 200 and 250 W, so their effective suction radius is around 400mm, so the disk surface is completely out of its fan suction range, so the oil fume will naturally spread everywhere as soon as it is generated from the disk surface. If you want to suck clean, from the aerodynamic principle, only by lowering the height and covering the pot surface with the effective radius of suction can you achieve 99% suction effect, but it is obviously impossible to cook. After careful analysis, it is not difficult to find that this kind of ceiling design is the fundamental reason why traditional hoods can't smoke cleanly. In the aspect of oil fume filtration, the traditional range hood adopts oil filter screen. There are one, two or more layers, and the filter holes are square, diamond and round. I hope to block the soot through the filter. But judging from the use for so many years, the effect of this scheme is very poor. Even if the filter screen is as small as 0.0 1 cm2, it can't stop 37% of the oil fume. The filter holes of most cigarette machines in the market are about 0.04 cm2, so it is almost directly discharged. In short, the lack of effective purification function is the third reason for the rapid decline of the efficiency of traditional range hoods: due to the defects of its ceiling design and the lack of effective purification means, its power is generally high (mainstream models are between 200 W and 250 W), which obviously consumes a lot of electricity.

Because there is no effective purification method, a large amount of oil is accumulated in the fan and the inner cavity of the machine, which is very difficult to clean, usually requiring professionals to complete, and sometimes the effect is even worse after cleaning, which is time-consuming and laborious. Usage: Insert the power plug into a three-core power socket with grounding device.

(1) Press the "strong" and "weak" keys in the power-off state to start the range hood and run in the strong/weak wind state. The "strong" key and "weak" key have interlocking function.

(2) The "light" key is used to control the lighting separately. Press the light to turn it on, then press the light to turn it off.

(3) Press the "Off" key in the power-on state to stop the operation of the range hood in the running state.

Precautions:

(1) The gas discharged from the range hood should not be discharged into the hot flue for discharging the flue gas burning gas or other fuels to prevent fire.

(2) The range hood shall be used when the stove consumes gas or other fuels, and the room must be well ventilated.

(3) It is forbidden to directly bake the range hood with fire.

(4) Reliable grounded power sockets must be used.

(5) If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with special wires or special parts purchased from its manufacturer or maintenance department.

(6) The range hood may catch fire if it is not cleaned according to the method specified in the manual.

(7) When replacing bulbs, please unplug the power supply first, and the power of each bulb shall not exceed 20W.

(8) When cleaning, please wear rubber gloves to prevent metal parts from hurting people, and the removed parts should be handled with care to avoid deformation.

(9) Special care should be taken when cleaning the wind wheel. Don't bump, deform or move the counterweight of the blade, otherwise the whole machine will vibrate and the noise will increase.

(10) Unplug the power cord when it is not used for a long time.
