Suining

On March 11, Suining issued a notice to emergency headquarters, which was infected with pneumonia in novel coronavirus. Since February 11, all people who came (returned) from abroad must truthfully report and register to their villages (communities), and actively cooperate with quarantine, detection, treatment, epidemiological investigation and other epidemic prevention and control work.

in order to reduce the risk of personal contact, the service unit, reception unit, family members, relatives and friends of overseas (returning) personnel are not allowed to pick up the station without authorization, and should report in time and actively cooperate with relevant parties to do a good job in picking up the station. Personnel connected to Suining territory by Suining City shall actively cooperate with the prevention and control of residence; Personnel who come to Suining by themselves, service units, reception units, family members, relatives and friends or neighbors should take the initiative to remind the parties to report to the village (community) where they live immediately, and conduct effective isolation observation and accept management services as required at the first time.

all the people coming (returning) from abroad are under the control of the whole prevention and control system, and the local counties (cities, districts) and municipal parks are responsible for transporting them to the designated places for centralized medical isolation observation for 14 days. Entry personnel with fever, cough and other symptoms are sent to designated medical institutions in the territorial jurisdiction for observation and treatment, and cooperate with nucleic acid and CT investigation and other related services.

during the period of centralized isolation medical observation and transportation, the local counties (cities, districts) and municipal parks are responsible for living security and related services.

All overseas visitors (returnees) will be included in the management of "Resident Health Code" in time after their arrival in Suining, so as to truly reflect the history of living abroad and their own health status. After the expiration of medical isolation observation, make full use of big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and other means to help overseas (returning) personnel return to work and resume normal life order in time.

organs, enterprises and institutions, their districts, villages (communities) and their families, relatives and friends, who knowingly fail to report and deliberately conceal the situation of people coming (returning) from abroad, causing serious consequences, shall be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.

The prevention and control of overseas epidemic situation is not a unilateral matter.
