General projects: wholesale of edible agricultural products; Retail of edible agricultural products; Sales of food additives; Sales of feed additives; Daily necessities sales. (except for the items that must be approved according to law, conduct business activities independently according to law with the business license)

Food business scope III:

Licensed items: food sales (only sold in prepackaged foods); Internet sales of food (prepackaged foods only); Health food (prepackaged) sales; Liquor business (items that are subject to approval according to law can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments, and the specific business items are subject to the approval documents or licenses of relevant departments) General items: sales of agricultural and sideline products; Vending machine sales; Sales agent; Sales of plastic products; Sales of packaging materials and products; Domestic freight forwarder; Loading and unloading; General cargo warehousing services (excluding items requiring permission and approval such as hazardous chemicals) (except for items subject to approval according to law, independent business activities shall be carried out according to law with business licenses).

Article 2 Anyone who engages in food sales and catering services within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall obtain a food business license according to law. These Measures shall apply to the application, acceptance, examination, decision and supervision and inspection of food business license.

article 7 of the company law of the people's Republic of China

a company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, legal representative's name and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
