1. Increase dopamine secretion through diet.
2. Increase the intake of antioxidant components. Dopamine is easily oxidized, and antioxidants may reduce the damage of free radicals to dopamine-secreting brain cells. Many fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants:
Carotenoids and carotenoids: green vegetables and fruits, asparagus, broccoli, beets.
Vitamin C: Pepper, orange, strawberry, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
Vitamin e: nuts, sunflower seeds, wild vegetables, cauliflower and carrots.
3. Exercise regularly. Exercise can also increase calcium in the blood, which can stimulate the secretion and absorption of dopamine in the brain. Walking for 30 to 60 minutes and swimming can accelerate the secretion of dopamine.
4. Ensure adequate sleep. When people are asleep, the brain consumes a small amount of dopamine so that the body can have enough dopamine the next day. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every day.
