The practice of roasting pork belly is more diversified, and different people have different practices.
I'll introduce you to a better method of curing pork belly.
Ingredients: pork belly, shrimp sauce.
Wash the pork belly, cut it into thin slices, put it in a pot, and add a little shrimp sauce, not too much, because the shrimp sauce is too salty. Stir well by hand, marinate for one hour and then bake or fry directly.
Note: the shrimp paste I said is fermented shrimp paste with special flavor, not fresh shrimp paste.
