Select the polar grid tool, left-click the blank to set the parameters, select the graph to be ungrouped, and select the outer circle to reduce the original scale.

Select all the graphics, use "Path Finder-Split" to get the selected graphics in the circle of 16 small sectors, and use the real-time coloring selection tool (hold down shift to select) to fill the colors.

Copy a graph, select the blending tool, click two graphs respectively, and double-click the blending tool to set parameters.

Sketch the digital outline you want to design with the pen tool, select the figure of outline and blending effect, "object-blending-replacing blending axis"
