There are lean meat balls in the second seafood building of Fuding archway. Lean meatballs are the most famous food in Fuding, because they have been tasted in Wenzhou, Hangzhou and Lishui, and the seemingly simple minced meat doesn't even have to be kneaded into a circle. You can serve it in clear soup with a little water and some coriander. Although it looks ordinary, it tastes extremely soft and delicate, and the fine products are chewy. Spicy pepper and sour vinegar just neutralized the taste.
