1. Please cook milk tea in strict accordance with the ratio of milk to tea, otherwise the taste will be greatly reduced.

2. Honey can be replaced by white sugar, but the taste of milk tea blended with white sugar is not silky and mellow.

3. Use full-fat milk for milk, so that the milk tea is fragrant enough.

4. The time for boiling black tea should be kept at 3 seconds. If the time is too short, the fragrance of tea is not strong enough, and if it is too long, it will have the astringency of tea.

5. Boil the milk until it bubbles at the edge of the pot, otherwise it will smell like milk and affect the final taste.
