Practice 1: Scrambled eggs with shrimps
Ingredients:150g shrimp, 250g egg, 80g leek.
Seasoning: 1 g chicken essence, 2g salt, 20g vegetable oil, 2g pepper.
Exercise:
1. Beat egg yolk and egg white into a bowl, stir evenly in the same direction, foam, add salt, chicken essence and pepper, and stir again for later use;
2. Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry the shrimps until they are 80% ripe, and take out the pot;
3. Chop the leek, pour it into the stirred big shrimp eggs, and stir well again;

Practice 2: Fried shrimps with broccoli.
Ingredients: broccoli100g, shrimp100g, garlic15g, red pepper15g.
Seasoning: chicken essence 1g, salt 3g, cooking wine 15g, vegetable oil 10g.
Exercise:
1, broccoli is cut into small flowers with uniform size, and thick stems are cut into thick slices;
2. Boil the water, add a little salt, pour the cut broccoli into the water, blanch it a little, then pick it up, spray it with cold water, and drain it for later use;
3. Cut the red pepper in half, remove the seeds and stalks inside, and cut the red pepper into a quarter of the size of the nail for later use;
4. Chop garlic, fire, pour oil, and pour garlic for a while;
