On the occasion of "5. 17 World Telecommunication and Information Society Day", the expansion project of the telecom user complaint center system of Jiangsu Communications Administration was completed. The expanded 12300 system takes "people-oriented, supervision for the people" as its concept, and aims to build Jiangsu telecom industry "123 15". It adopts advanced and mature call center technology, realizes paperless system operation and processing flow through the Internet, and greatly improves the service capacity and work efficiency of complaint centers, which is the most advanced in China at present. The system has also achieved localized access, eliminating the long-distance charges for users in the whole province outside Nanjing to call 12300 for complaints and consultation, and providing users with more convenient and smooth complaint channels.
