What are the editing methods?
1, digital editing

With the development of digital technology, computer-based nonlinear editing technology has greatly improved our editing methods. This nonlinear editing technology can save the material we shot in the computer, and then edit and edit it through computer technology. It uses simple mouse and keyboard operation instead of scissors and complicated manual operation, and the editing effect is immediate, which greatly improves the editing efficiency.

In nonlinear editing operation, editors can add many special effects to the picture, but traditional editors can't operate many special effects. To some extent, digital nonlinear editing not only combines the advantages of TV editing and traditional film and television post-production, but also further innovates the editing technology, which is a great progress in film and television post-production.

2. Traditional editing

Traditional editing is actually the real editing. After filming the original work, the film crew needs to make a set of work samples first. Editors can use this set of samples to edit, then select the required lenses and films from a large number of samples, cut the films with scissors, and then stick them together with tape or glue, and then watch the editing effect on the editing table. This shearing and gluing process needs to be repeated to achieve the effect.

Although this process looks primitive, it lightens the editing operation to some extent. Editors don't have to always insert a sequence of pictures recorded on tape. He can cut in the middle, or insert shots in two pictures, or delete some pictures without affecting the vision of the pictures.
