The taste of food and wine is always homely, the weight is sufficient, and the price is reasonable, which can be called good quality and low price.

I am familiar with this shop. Earlier, someone told me that many fruits and vegetables in the store are from my hometown. They are natural and fresh, and people can eat them, just like stepping into the countryside and seeing the scenery at a glance. Grandma's old spoon has opened a shop in Ningyuan for some time now. Earlier, business was bad. After a long time, it has its own unique signature food style. Now, it has a branch.

We are small in number and don't want to waste money. We ordered four dishes, a taro ribs, a preserved egg and Chili sauce. These two dishes are very common and are available in all stores, so it is not worth talking about. The last two dishes, one is stuffed tofu and the other is Ningyuan blood duck, which is an authentic specialty of Ningyuan.

Sufu is mainly made of fresh pork, mixed with ingredients according to their respective tastes, chopped into meat stuffing and filled in oil tofu. Then put it in a pot and oil it, or boil it in water or steam it in water, depending on personal preference, regardless of cooking technology, which is also the uniqueness of this dish.

Ningyuan blood duck seems to be more famous than tofu. Recently, many people have come here.

The ducks used in Ningyuan Blood Duck are better than those in farmyard, and the medium-sized ones are better-too big and too small. Stir-fry the water in the duck first, and then cook it with cooking wine. Right, water it with duck blood, and then it will have a dark red color. On weekdays, ordinary people with a large population, according to their own tastes, add peanuts, new edamame, or soybeans to match duck meat, which not only measures enough, but also has a special flavor. Ningyuan blood duck tastes spicy and tender, which not only delivers food well, but also tastes good. It's a must-have dish for Chinese New Year.

My bloody duck is not ready, because I can't control the moment when the duck's blood pours out. I think this is the key to make this dish well.

After eating the food, it is natural to talk about wine.

Wine is home-brewed sweet potato wine, mainly made of sweet potato. Hundreds of kilograms or even thousands of kilograms of sweet potato, the wine brewed is less than 100 kilograms, so it is called "grain essence".

In Ningyuan city, people love to drink this kind of wine, even the elderly people never leave. At the same time, they often entertain distant friends with their own belongings. Over time, I don't know when, some people call this wine "Ningyuan Maotai", which sounds very interesting. This maotai is far less expensive than other maotai, a thousand miles away.

The brewing instruments of "Ningyuan Maotai" have been handed down from generation to generation, and the production process is also the oldest method, whether it is drinking or selling. In the past, I personally helped my grandfather to make wine, and it was very hard to cook and steam wine all night.

Last year, I used this wine to soak osmanthus, and I finished it not long ago. The taste can't be described in words. Now, I have made a big jar of bayberry, which I can't enjoy until the Spring Festival. When waiting, I feel that the wine has the taste of age accumulation!

After three rounds of wine, I was slightly drunk. At this time, the sky outside the window gradually darkened. In an instant, lights were everywhere, and flashing cars shuttled on the road. People come and go, and some take a leisurely walk on the boulevard; Some drunks cuddled loudly and said something out of tune; Some of them hurried to the night market to meet, thus forming a lively and prosperous scene, adding a bit of interest to the night in Ningyuan City.

It is suggested that we go to eat old and cool. Because of drinking wine and eating a bowl of refreshing and cooling, everyone was happy to leave with the effect of sobering up.

Everyone walked to the river step by step and witnessed the popular street stalls, which became more and more interesting. There are all kinds of things on the booth, or a few fruits; Or scouring some daily necessities; Or get some antiques or something. There is no need to put more items, just a few pieces are enough.

Standing alone makes people feel monotonous, but from the whole street, there is a feeling of dazzling array of things. Unfortunately, there was no bookstall I loved, so on a whim, I had the plan to set up a bookstall and buy second-hand books, so I said it and made everyone laugh. Although I have this intention, I won't give up my old books.

When you swim to a place where there are few people by the river, the environment becomes quiet again. You can hear frogs singing, you can hear swarms of bugs, and your mood will be different!

On the other hand, on the edge of the railing, a row of willows hangs down and wears underneath, which is very interesting. Looking at Lingjiang at night, the river is dark. Only when the lights on the river flash from time to time can we know that the river is flowing quietly and heading for the sea. This scene makes me feel very poetic, and a poem unconsciously comes to my mind: at night, the Lingjiang River flows and the breeze blows the green silk tapestry.

After crossing the new bridge, everyone arrived at the old booth. The booth was crowded with people, so I just picked a good seat and sat down.

The cool and refreshing here is very famous in the county seat. It has opened a shop here for decades and has never changed its position. I think most people come here, just like us, not for a taste, but with a feeling. Time flies, and many things flash in my mind. It is rare that this refreshing thing has not changed like childhood memories. Who knows if the bowl I ate today will be the last bowl tomorrow?

Ningyuan City has a unique night, perhaps not as good as a metropolis, but it also has its own small town style. I think the scenery is not for comparison, but for appreciation.

Everyone said that they would go to see the scenery of Jiuyi Mountain together the next day. Because of many things, I can't go with them, so I can't write the first scenery!

It's a pity, but there's no need to feel sad about it. If you know something about the folk customs of Ningyuan City, it should feel more like fireworks.

I want to see many mountains and rivers, and I have also seen many ancient scenes of famous cities. Visiting some small towns is also a change. What's more, the road ahead is still very long, and there are always opportunities, which can be expected!
