Ingredients of dyed rice rainbow curry rice

Japonica rice 300g orange mahogany (dry)15g

Step 1

Dyed rice: Boil orange mahogany with water until the water dries to about 200g or the color of the water turns dark red. After cooking, filter out the juice, put it in a porcelain bowl of appropriate size, cool it thoroughly, then add 100g rice, stir it evenly, and let it stand for 2~3 hours for dyeing.

Second step

Dyeing rice: B Niang stirs the flowers, adds water, and cooks with low fire until the water dries to about 200g or the color of the water turns dark green. The dyeing steps are the same as above.

Third step

Dyed rice: Black rice juice can be used directly. The dyeing steps are the same as above.

Fourth step

After dyeing, steam the rice directly in these three porcelain bowls. After boiling, steam it for 25 minutes with medium-high fire. Cover the cooked rice to prevent it from hardening and affecting the taste.

Step five

Processing plant meat: spread oil paper on the baking tray, spread 150g plant meat, preheat in the oven 190℃ for 200 times, bake for 6-7 minutes, and take out for later use.

Roasted vegetable meat smells good, so eat it with curry sauce!

Cooking curry: Add 300ml of drinking water to three pieces of curry, slowly cook until the pieces of curry melt, then add the roasted plant meat, cook for 1 min, then turn off the fire and wait for the plate. If you don't use plant meat, you can refer to the alternative ingredients introduced in the tips.
