The simple method of pickling watermelon skin is as follows:

Tools/Materials: Watermelon peel, salt, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, Chili oil, bottle, clear water, refrigerator, spoon and basin.

1. Remove the red pulp from the watermelon skin, then peel off the skin and cut into small pieces. Wash with clear water and put in a basin for later use.

2. Marinate the watermelon skin with proper amount of salt 15 minutes.

3. Pour out the water pickled in watermelon peel.
