Apple: Draw a circle, not too round, with a little curvature around it. Draw a short arc near the top, a vertical arc on it, a leaf next to it, and then color it. You can paint the apple red and the branches and leaves green, so that the apple can be painted well.

Pear: Draw a semicircle at the bottom to widen it, and connect it with an arc at the top to narrow it. At the top position, draw a long and narrow rectangle, draw a leaf next to it, and draw some black spots on the pear, so that you can draw the pear.

Grapes: Draw some small circles of similar size to form a triangle, with one small circle at the bottom and two on the second floor, one on top of the other. At the top position, draw two big leaves, so that the grapes are drawn.
