A bag of glutinous rice flour
Sange taro
A bag of bean paste
Milk150ml
A spoonful of condensed milk
How to make taro jiaozi?
Add proper amount of milk to glutinous rice flour. Don't add too much milk at a time. If it is not enough, add it slowly, and then knead it into dough without sticking your hands.
Steam taro, peel it, grind it into mud, add a spoonful of condensed milk (sugar can also be used) and stir well.
Rub the bean paste and taro into balls.
Knead the dough into small balls, add the bean paste and knead it flat, then add the taro, and then wrap it.
After steaming for 10 minutes, you can roll the shredded coconut out of the pot and set the basin ~ Remember not to get too close to jiaozi, or it will stick together.
skill
When wrapping jiaozi, you can stick some glutinous rice flour on your hands to prevent sticking.
