Ingredients: sparerib, preserved plum, dried tangerine peel, rock sugar, salt, yellow wine, onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed.
Steps:
1. Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces for later use. You can also scald it with hot water to remove the blood from the meat.
2. Soak the plum and dried tangerine peel, remember to soak them in yellow wine here, the taste will be much better, and then cut the onion, ginger and garlic into pieces for later use.
3. Pour the oil in the pot, stir-fry the ribs after the oil is hot, stir-fry for about five or six minutes, then wash the pot and pour in the rock sugar, pour in the water and rock sugar, and stir-fry until it is brown.
4. After the sugar is fried, pour in the ribs and stir fry, then pour in the plum and dried tangerine peel and stir fry. When it's almost fried, add water, onion, ginger and garlic. After the fire boils, simmer slowly, and then take the juice out of the pot.
