Step 1: peel taro and cut into pieces. Soak the ribs in clear water to remove blood, and then take them out. Put taro and ribs together in a big bowl.
Step 2: Add minced ginger and garlic, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, half a tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, proper amount of salt and raw flour, and marinate for 10 minute.
Step 3: Take another plate, spread taro on it, code ribs, pour marinade on it, steam for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet pepper.
