It took a year to complete the avenue from Wuyi Square to Yingze Bridge. 1958 September, Taiyuan Municipal People's Committee was officially named Yingze Street; 1976, Taiyuan new railway station was completed. Two years later, the road from Wuyi Square to the railway station was completed, called Yingze East Street, and later merged into Yingze Street. 1986, the expansion project of Yingze West Street started.
