Ingredients: cooked shrimp.
Accessories: lemon, coriander, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
1. Shell the cooked shrimp, leaving the tail. If necessary, you can gently draw a knife on the shrimp back with a knife to better spread the shrimp.
2. Slice the lemon, chop the coriander and cut the garlic.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper, and stir well to make the sauce.
