Ingredients: duck 1, tripe 250g, pork slices 250g, pork tripe150g, beer 350g, vegetable oil 200g, lard100g, bean paste 30g, pickled pepper section 30g, garlic cloves10g.
Exercise:
1. Wash the duck, dry it with gauze, boil it in a cold water pot, simmer until it is 80% cooked, take it out and cut it into cubes for later use.
2. Wash and slice the tripe. Cut off the belly of the pig, remove the belly, trim the oil tendon, wash it with water and cut it into strips. Wash vegetables, remove old leaves and take young leaves.
3. Set fire to another pot, burn vegetable oil, add ginger slices, pickled peppers, bean paste powder and ginger, stir fry, remove the remaining oil, add lard, garlic cloves and pepper, pour the cooked duck soup, and cook for 10 minute.
4. Add duck pieces and seasonings, bring to a boil, and beat off the floating foam. Scoop the soup and duck pieces into a hot pot and serve them. All kinds of vegetarian dishes can be cooked at will.
