First, set the title format?

1, select the name of the dish;

2. Click the title 1 on the start tab, as shown; ?

Second, automatically generate the directory?

1. Position the cursor to the location where you want to insert the directory;

2. click reference-> directory-> insert directory, as shown in the figure?

3. Pop up the Directory dialog box, select the Directory tab, make relevant settings, and click OK to automatically generate the article directory.

Third, set up automatic numbering.

1, select the generated directory;

2. Click the starting number button and select the format shown in the pop-up options.

For the directory automatically generated by the above method, hold down the Ctrl key, click the mouse on a dish name in the directory and jump to the position of the page where the dish name is located.
