Ingredients: egg 1 egg, 50g corn kernels, 50g green beans and 50g fresh shrimps. Seasoning: salt and chicken essence.

1, tea boiling 10 minutes (some can be soaked). Filter the tea leaves, pour them into the rice, and steam the rice in a pot. 2. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, heat the oil in the pot to 70%, turn off the fire, pour in the egg liquid and stir fry, and put it on a plate for later use.
