Step 1
Wash pork and cut it into thin slices. Add oil, soy sauce, salt and corn flour and mix well (if the amount of salt and soy sauce is more, yuba does not need to add salt and soy sauce).
Second step
Steam the boiling water for ten minutes.
Third step
Soak yuba until soft and cut into small pieces.
Fourth step
Spread yuba on pork and steam for ten minutes.
Step five
Turn off the fire and open the lid in ten minutes.
Step 6
Mix yuba and pork evenly and serve.
