If the record content changes, it shall be changed in time. The grain administrative departments and reserve institutions of local people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the management and service of grain purchase and standardize grain purchase activities. Specific administrative measures shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
