1. Winter melon and shrimp noodles

Ingredients:

Method :
Soak the black fungus and shiitake mushrooms separately in advance, then wash and cut them into cubes.
Wash, peel and dice tomatoes.
Wash the tofu and stir it with chopsticks.
Peel the shells and devein the fresh shrimps, wash and cut into cubes and chop finely.
Brush a thin layer of oil into the pot, pour in diced mushrooms, diced black fungus, diced tomatoes, and diced shrimps, stir evenly, and add appropriate amount of water.
After boiling, add diced tofu, beat in an egg, stir evenly, and cook.
4. Shrimp crispy skin
Ingredients:
1 egg, 10 grams of milk powder, 50 grams of water, appropriate amount of lemon, 110 grams of fresh shrimp, cassava 120 grams of powder
Method:
Remove the heads and tails of fresh shrimps, remove the shells, pick out the shrimp threads, and wash them. Reserve the shrimp heads for later use.
Wash and slice the lemon into slices, cover the shrimps, squeeze in lemon juice to remove the fishy smell.
Pour oil into the pot, pour in the shrimp heads, refine the shrimp oil, pour it out and filter out the oil residue.
Pour 50 grams of water and 10 grams of milk powder into a bowl and stir to dissolve.
Put the shrimp meat into a blender, beat in an egg, pour in milk powder, squeeze in lemon juice, and blend finely.
