Is it normal to gain weight?
Your standard weight should be 70kg, and you can't be thin. But as long as you are not unwell, energetic during exercise and not sick at ordinary times, it should be a normal constitution. People's constitutions are different. Some people are fat even if they don't eat much, but being fat is not necessarily healthy and being thin is not necessarily unhealthy. It can be said that health is related to obesity, but it has little to do with it. Therefore, you should not have any ideological burden. Your constitution belongs to normal constitution.
