Stir-fry until raw, pour in shredded pork, add a little salt and stir-fry with soy sauce.

The third course-water spinach with garlic
Remove a little from the root of water spinach, wash it several times and cut it into small pieces. Mash garlic and chop it into minced garlic for later use. Cut the dried peppers into sections for later use.
Add oil to the pot, heat it, add garlic and pepper, pour in water spinach after fragrance, and stir fry over high fire.
