(1) Lifestyle and health status assessment: Through the consultation and self-assessment of the health status of the elderly, we can understand their basic health status, physical exercise, diet, smoking, drinking, common symptoms of chronic diseases, past diseases, treatment, current medication and self-care ability.

(2) Physical examination: including routine physical examination of body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, lungs and heart, as well as rough measurement and judgment of oral cavity, vision, hearing and motor function.

(3) Auxiliary examination: including blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, electrocardiogram and abdominal B-ultrasound.

(4) Health guidance: inform the evaluation results and give corresponding health guidance.

*3 Physical examination time and matters needing attention:

(1) The physical examination of the elderly officially started on June, 2022 14.

(2) Please come to our hospital for physical examination on time according to the time notified by the village and community, and bring the materials needed for physical examination, such as medical insurance card, ID card, physical examination notice (please fill in the address, name and contact information on the notice) and health code.

(3) Due to the need for B-ultrasound and blood test on the day of physical examination, you must be on an empty stomach that morning.

(4) After the physical examination, please be sure to submit the physical examination form to the service desk.

(5) During the epidemic, medical examiners should wear masks, and gathering is prohibited, keeping a distance of more than one meter.
