Confused noodles are local specialty snacks in Anyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Puyang, Jiaozuo, Jiyuan and other places north of the Yellow River in Henan Province. Speaking of confusion, it is dialect slang and mushy food.

Jade liquid soup is used as the basic material, and fresh sweet potato vines or "confused vegetables" are cooked with noodles and seasonings. The longer it is cooked, the better it tastes. Cooking noodles with fire is more fragrant. It is a local snack in Qixian county, Henan province, called confused noodles.
