Note: The following is a self-made version of Sichuan Ganshao.

Raw materials: pork, sprouts, salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate.

Preparation: Wash the pork and cut it into meat foam; Wash the sprouts, squeeze out water and cut into pieces;
