Ingredients: fresh pig heart 1 piece, 8 longan pieces, 5 American ginseng pieces, medlar 1 teaspoon, water.
Seasoning: a little salt
Exercise:
1. Remove fascia and blood vessels from pig heart and cut into 3cm pieces for later use;
2. Put boiling water in the pot, put the pig heart into the pot and cook for 3 minutes, then remove it and wash it;
3. Wash longan, put American ginseng slices and medlar in a stew pot, add pig's heart, add enough water, cover it, put it in a purple clay pot, add water to the stew pot, simmer for 4 hours, and add salt when taking out.
