At the expiration of one year, or graduated from junior college and held an accounting position for more than two years, or graduated from a secondary specialized school and held an accounting position for more than four years. At the same time, we must pass the national primary accounting title examination.

Primary accounting professional and technical qualifications shall be subject to the examination system of unified national organization, unified examination time, unified examination outline, unified examination proposition and unified qualification standard. The primary accounting professional and technical qualification examination is held once a year in principle. Anyone who is engaged in accounting work in state organs, social organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations and meets the registration requirements can apply for the exam.

Get a junior qualification. Units that meet the following conditions may appoint corresponding professional and technical positions in accordance with relevant regulations:

(1) assistant accountant: graduated from junior college and worked as an accountant for two years; Graduated from technical secondary school and worked as an accountant for four years; Do not have the required academic qualifications, and have served as an accountant for five years.

(2) Persons who do not meet the above conditions. Only accountants can be hired.
