Bird's nest and milk can be stewed in different ways.
First, bird's nest stewed milk
Ingredients: 5g dried bird's nest, 200c.c fresh milk, water 100c.c, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Production method: stew the bird's nest with water, boil the water for 20 minutes, then turn it into concentrated bird's nest, add 200c.c fresh milk, stew for 5 minutes, and then add a proper amount of rock sugar, both hot and cold.
Second, bird's nest condensed milk
Ingredients: 5 grams of dried bird's nest, 25 degrees water, and appropriate amount of condensed milk.
Production method: stew the bird's nest with water, boil the water for 20 minutes, and then mix in the appropriate amount of condensed milk, both hot and cold.
Third, stewed bird's nest with milk and fruit.
Ingredients: 5g dried bird's nest, 200c.c fresh milk, water 100c.c, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Production method: stew bird's nest, fresh fruit (strawberry, papaya) and water together, and boil the water for 20 minutes to become concentrated bird's nest. Add 200c.c fresh milk, stew for 5 minutes, and add appropriate amount of rock sugar, both hot and cold.
