Practice of Stewing Lean Meat with Panax notoginseng and Ginseng
1. Wash Korean ginseng and slice it; Notoginseng washed and sliced; Wash the lean pork.
2. Put lean pork, ginseng and Panax notoginseng together in a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, boil with strong fire, and stew with slow fire for 2-3 hours, 1-2 times before drinking.
