The method of cooking coke chicken wings with steamer is different from that with rice cooker.

It is made of a steamer.

Prepare materials

Chicken wings: 500g cola: 500g ginger: right amount.

Liquor: star anise: oil: right amount.

White sugar: right amount of soy sauce: right amount of raw flour: right amount

1. Wash ginger, cut into half silk and slice. Wash the onion and cut it into sections.

2. Wash the chicken wings and cut a few holes in the wings with a knife, so that they can be savored when pickled.

3. Put a proper amount of soy sauce, salt, white wine, raw flour and a small amount of sugar into a bowl and mix well. Marinate chicken wings in marinade for 30 minutes.

4, add the right amount of salad oil and mix well, add Jiang Mo, pour in the cola, and the rest of the cola for later use. Pickling 15 minutes.

5. Put oil in the pot, heat it with fire, add ginger slices and onion segments, stir-fry and take out the ginger slices and onion segments; Add chicken wings, fry until golden brown on both sides, and take out.

6. After all the chicken wings are fried, pour in the remaining coke, cover it and bring to a boil.

7. Then simmer for 15 minutes. After the coke becomes mushy, the chicken wings can be cooked.

Rice cooker

Materials used:

2 kg of chicken wings, a can of coke (below 300ml, I use a small bottle), 1/3 bowls of soy sauce (I use all soy sauce, and I can add some soy sauce if I like dark color), a little garlic (optional), and 3 or 4 dried peppers (optional).

Reminder: The ratio of cola to soy sauce is about 3: 1.

Methods/steps

Wash 2 kg of chicken wings, soak them in boiling water, rinse them with cold water and drain them;

Prepare cola, garlic, dried peppers, ginger (sliced) and soy sauce;

Pour all the ingredients in chicken wings and 2 into a slightly larger pot, and pinch the lower paw a few times to make each chicken wing wrapped in color;

Then pour the chicken wings and seasoning into the rice cooker, cover it, and press the cooking button switch;

When you see steam coming out of the air outlet, open the lid and stir the chicken wings with chopsticks or shovels to make each chicken wing uniform in color.

After 30 minutes, open the lid and insert chopsticks into a chicken wing. If you find that chopsticks can be inserted easily, chicken wings can be eaten. On the contrary, cover and cook for a while;

You must pay attention to the observation in the next time, so as to avoid the cooked chicken wings being too brittle and shapeless to affect the appearance. In fact, I overcooked this time and automatically separated a few pieces, but those pieces have disappeared into the lens.

If you like before eating, you can sprinkle some chopped green onion or coriander to suit your taste and improve the taste.
