State-level officials include president, Vice Chairman, Premier, Chairman, Chairman of China People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of Military Commission and Standing Committee of Political Bureau (PSC). 70-year-old deputy national level: Member the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, alternate member, secretary of the Central Secretariat, secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Vice Premier the State Council, State Councilor, Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman of CPPCC, President of the Supreme Court and Procurator-General. 65-year-old at provincial and ministerial level: Party and government officials at provincial and ministerial levels are 65 years old, but their term of office can be extended by three years, so most of them are 68 years old. The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, who is also the secretary of the provincial party committee, autonomous district committee and municipal party committee, should leave the real power department at the age of 67 or 68. Deputy provincial and ministerial level is 60 years old: deputy provincial and ministerial level is 65 years old, but after 60 years old, it should be arranged in the "second line" such as the National People's Congress and CPPCC. At the age of 60, a deputy provincial or ministerial level leaves the real power department, or retires, or is transferred to a special committee of the National People's Congress as a idler, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, director of the special committee, or transferred to a government association or mass organization of the second government, or transferred to a university as a part-time professor, which is considered as a transition before retirement. Director level and below, male 60 years old, female 55 years old (deputy director level and above female cadres can retire at the age of 60. Article 1 Workers of enterprises, institutions, state organs and people's organizations owned by the whole people shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.
