Prepare ingredients: ham, tofu, eggs and shallots; I only used1/2 in the figure for tofu;

Dice tofu and ham respectively; Chop onion and chopped green onion;

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add proper amount of salt, sugar and warm water, and stir well;

Pour a proper amount of water into the pot to boil;

Add the right amount of salt, and blanch the tofu;

Blanch the tofu and take it out;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a non-stick pan and heat it;
