Step 1: Prepare several eggs (such as 3 eggs) and separate the egg white from the yolk.

Step 2: Put the egg whites into the bowl with an egg beater and beat them in the same direction until the bowl is turned upside down and the egg whites will not pour out.

Step 3: Pour the egg yolk into the beaten egg white and beat well, then add flour (not too much at a time) and beat well.

Add sugar according to your own taste, and be sure to make it well.

Step 4: Pour the above ingredients into paper cups (preferably only 2/3 cups), put them into a light wave oven, and choose light wave/microwave combination 2 to heat for about 7 minutes.
