Materials:
4 cloves of garlic, peeled, fresh ginger 1(2.5 cm2), fresh green pepper 1, seeded, salt 3g, turmeric powder 1g, vegetable oil 30ml, medium onion 1g, diced and medium shrimp 454g, peeled and sausage removed.
Exercise:
1. Put garlic, ginger, green pepper, salt and turmeric powder into a food processing or blender container, and stir until the mixture is even and mushy. Put it aside for use.
2. Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. Add onion and stir-fry until translucent. Pour in the stirred seasoning, stir well and cook for a few minutes until the oil oozes.
3. Add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes until the shrimp turns pink. Add tomatoes and coconut milk. Cover the lid and cook for about 5 minutes, then open the lid and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken the soup. Add fresh basil at the last minute of cooking.
