Exercise 1
1. Black sesame seeds and peanuts are put into a blender container and broken; Mix with glutinous rice flour to make dough ~
2. When mixing dough, add vegetable oil and honey to the dough (honey can also be used instead).
3. Preheat the steamer 10 minute, and steam the dough in the steamer for 20 minutes ~
4. After the pot is cold, roll it into a cake with a noodle needle and put a layer of osmanthus sauce on it; Roll into small rolls and cut into sections.
Exercise 2
1. Stir-fry black sesame seeds with low fire, and you can hear the crackling sound and fragrance in a few minutes. Just keep frying a few more times.
2. After the black sesame is cooled, crush 2/3 of it with a blender, leaving 1/3 of the whole grain (for better taste of the finished product).
3. Stir-fry glutinous rice flour: Stir-fry glutinous rice flour with low fire, which will turn yellow slightly. This is cake powder.
4. Mix glutinous rice flour, black sesame powder and black sesame.
5. Find a container that can be heated from water or directly, pour in sesame oil and maltose, heat and melt maltose, turn off the fire after melting, and add honey and mix well.
6. Pour in the powder before the maltose solidifies and mix well (add some honey if it is too dry).
7. Take some and stuff it into the mold, flatten it and press it out.
